For pool builders

Build more pools. Answer fewer “how’s it going?” calls.

Quote the pool, the decking and the outdoor kitchen from your own price book, get it signed with a deposit from the customer’s phone, and run every build from excavation to startup, with Scout, your AI agent, doing the office work.

No credit card. A free listing in the local pro directory is included.

Every pool quote is a spreadsheet you rebuild from scratch.

Price from assemblies (excavation, steel, gunite, tile, coping, equipment) in your price book and see the margin before you send.

A build runs for weeks, and homeowners want updates every day.

They get their own project page with progress, the current phase, the schedule and the photos you choose to share.

Rain and inspections push the schedule, and the trades find out last.

Log a delay with a reason and the days lost, and the phases after it move. The customer can be told in the same step.

“Quote a 16×32 gunite pool with a spa, travertine coping and 600 sq ft of decking for the Harrises.”

Built the proposal from your pool, spa, coping and decking assemblies, with your margin shown, ready to review.

“We lost three days to rain before gunite on the Ortiz pool. Let them know.”

Pushed the remaining phases, logged the weather delay and posted it to their project page after you approved.

“Which pools are waiting on the steel inspection this week?”

Listed the builds in the steel and plumbing phase, with their dates and who’s assigned.

“Put the tile crew on the Nguyen pool Thursday and Friday.”

Set the tile and coping phase dates and crew, and updated the customer’s calendar.

“Make a flyer for spring pool builds with a QR code for quotes.”

Designed a print-ready flyer with your logo; scans land in Leads with automatic follow-up.

Pool builders

Built for the way you work

Assemblies in your price book

Build a “gunite pool per sq ft of surface”, “coping per linear ft” or “equipment pad” from materials, labor and equipment, then quote it in one line.

Measure from the map

Draw the pool, the deck or a fence run on the satellite map to get square or linear feet for the quote.

Phases, crews and delays

Design and permits, excavation, steel and plumbing, gunite, tile and coping, decking, equipment, plaster and startup: dates and crews per phase.

Daily logs with photos

Crews add a note and photos from their phone. Share the dig day and the first fill with the homeowner in one tap.

Plans, permits and HOA approvals

Keep the design, engineering, permits, HOA approval and the signed contract with the project, with versions.

Weekly service after the build

Turn new pool owners into weekly or every-other-week service customers, scheduled in route order for your techs.

Customer portal

Homeowners follow the build without calling you

Each customer gets a page for their project: overall progress, the current phase, the schedule, shared photos and files, and a message thread. Their questions land in your inbox, and your crews’ names and costs stay private.

Every build, phase by phase

Design, dig, steel, gunite, tile, decking, equipment and plaster: each phase gets dates and a crew, tasks like the 811 call and the HOA form are checked off, and the contract and budget show your margin.

Signed from their phone, deposit included

The homeowner opens the quote from their email, reviews every line and signs on their phone. The deposit invoice goes out the moment they sign.

Keep customers in the know

Customers who feel informed come back, and send their neighbors

Every customer gets their own project page. They see progress, the schedule and any delays as soon as you log them, and they can message you directly. Fewer “where are we at?” calls, smoother jobs, and the kind of experience that turns into repeat work and referrals.

  • Customers message you right from their project page. You get an email the moment they do, and they get one when you reply.
  • Log a weather or materials delay and they see why and for how long, with an optional email so nobody is surprised.
  • A live calendar of every phase, so they know when crews will be on site.
  • Progress photos and the files you choose to share: plans, renderings and the signed contract.

Questions

Can I price the pool by the square foot and coping by the linear foot?+

Yes. Price-book items can be per square foot, per linear foot or per unit, and you can measure the pool and deck on the map right in the quote.

Can I bill in stages as the pool is built?+

Yes. A deposit can be invoiced automatically when the customer signs, and you can send an invoice for each stage, like excavation, gunite or plaster, as you reach it. Invoices and payments sync to QuickBooks Online.

Do my customers need an account to sign?+

No. They open the link you send, review the quote, sign with a finger or by typing their name, and accept. A deposit invoice follows automatically if you set one.

Can homeowners see my costs or crew details?+

No. The customer page shows progress, the schedule, delays and only the photos and files you share. Costs, margins, crew names and tasks stay internal.

Do you handle weekly pool service too?+

Yes. Weekly, every-other-week and monthly service visits are scheduled in route order for each tech, who completes them on their phone with photos.
