Terms of Service

Effective September 17, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between 3 Elements Design, Inc. (“we”, “us”) and the business that creates an account (“you”, the “Business”) for Field Looker Pro (the “Service”). By creating an account, accepting these Terms in the app, or using the Service, you agree to them. The person accepting confirms they are authorized to bind the Business.

1. The Service

Field Looker Pro is software for running a field-service business: customers, scheduling, crews, proposals, invoicing, marketing, and related tools. We may add, change, or retire features over time. We will give reasonable notice in the app or by email for changes that materially reduce what you pay for.

2. Accounts and roles

  • Owners control the Business account, its plan, and billing.
  • Staff admins are delegates chosen by the owner. They can invite staff, manage branding and integrations, and configure or enable features — including features that consume usage credits. Anything a staff admin enables is treated as enabled by the Business. Staff admins accept these Terms for their own use of the Service; only an owner accepts them on the Business's behalf.
  • Staff, crew members, and customers get access appropriate to their role and accept these Terms for their own use of the Service when they first sign in. You are responsible for who you invite and for keeping login credentials secure.

3. Plans, add-ons, and usage credits

The Service has a free plan with limits and a paid plan, plus optional add-on services. Current prices are shown on our website and in Settings → Billing. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled and are billed through Stripe.

Some features consume usage credits: for example email campaign messages, automated payment reminders, billing emails, route optimization, and AI-generated marketing content (copy drafts, flyer and social images, print upscales, and social posts). Paid plans include a monthly allowance of credits; usage beyond the allowance is charged at the per-credit rate shown in Settings → Billing and billed in arrears with your next renewal. Credit weights per feature are shown in the app where the feature is used. Free plans are measured but not charged for usage.

New billable features. We regularly add capabilities, and some of them will consume credits or carry a separate charge. Such features are opt-in: they are off until an owner or staff admin turns them on or uses them, and the cost is disclosed in the app before or where they are enabled. Enabling a feature is your authorization to charge for it under these Terms. We may also change credit weights or rates with at least 30 days' notice in the app or by email.

4. Payment, failed payments, and cancellation

Fees are due on each renewal. If a payment fails we will retry and notify you; while past due, some features may be paused, and if the failure is not resolved the account returns to the free plan's limits. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and usage already incurred remains payable. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Your data and your customers

You own the data you enter and the content you create in the Service (including AI-generated content). You give us permission to host, process, and transmit it to run the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of that data, for having the right to store it, and for complying with laws that apply to how you contact your customers, including consent and unsubscribe requirements for marketing email and text messages. Customer-facing messages sent through the Service are sent on your behalf and identify your Business.

6. Third-party services and integrations

Parts of the Service rely on third parties, which may include Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting and file storage), Resend (email delivery), Composio (integration connections), Intuit QuickBooks Online, Meta (Facebook Pages), Google (maps, routing, and AI models), and Northlit (image generation). When you connect an integration such as QuickBooks or a Facebook Page, you authorize us to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant, and that provider's own terms apply to your use of it. We are not responsible for third-party outages or changes.

7. AI-generated content

The Service can draft text and generate images with AI. Outputs can be inaccurate, include errors in spelling or facts, or resemble other content. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you send, print, or publish it, and for making sure it does not infringe others' rights or mislead your customers. We do not guarantee any particular result from AI features, and usage credits are consumed when a generation completes whether or not you keep the result.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to send spam or unlawful messages, to store content you have no right to store, to infringe intellectual property, to attempt unauthorized access, or to interfere with the Service. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, harm other customers, or expose us to legal risk, and we will tell you why.

9. Availability and support

We work to keep the Service available and back up data regularly, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Support is provided by email at support@fieldlookerpro.com; paid plans receive priority.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend accounts for material breach with notice. After termination you can request an export of your data for 30 days, after which we may delete it.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When changes are material — including new categories of billable features — we will ask the owner to review and accept the updated Terms for the Business in the app, and ask other users to acknowledge them for their own use. Continued use after that acceptance (or after the notice period, if no action is required) constitutes agreement.

13. Trademarks and brand assets

Field Looker™, Field Looker Pro™, Scout™, the Scout character (the orange robot in a hard hat) and the Field Looker logo are trademarks of 3 Elements Design, Inc. You may refer to them by name to describe our Service accurately. You may not use them, or anything confusingly similar (including a look-alike robot character or mascot), as or in your own product, service, company or domain name, logo, advertising or AI agent, and you may not copy, alter or redistribute our brand artwork, without our written permission. Requests: support@fieldlookerpro.com. Other names and logos shown in the Service belong to their owners.

14. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any add-on agreement are the entire agreement between us regarding the Service.
